Winter Break
Rye is very peaceful during winter months and you can enjoy its calm without the crowds. While away the weather by a cosy fire with a drink in your hand. From November till March Jeakes House offers a special discount. If you stay for two or more nights (Sunday to Thursday) you will receive a 20% discount.
The winter break discount does not include weekends, bank holidays, half terms and the Christmas and New Year period.
Weekly discount
Throughout the year we offer a discount of 10% from the cost of your room if you wish to stay for seven or more nights.
The weekly discount is not available over the Christmas period.
Last Minute offers
Please keep an eye on this page for any one off special offers and last minute deals.
We are happy to organise flowers, fruit baskets and champagne or wine for your special occasions. Please give at least 24 hours notice for flowers and fruit.
Flowers from £30.00. Dozen red roses £50.00 We supply flowers in aqua packs so that you are able to transport them easily. Please tell us if you require a particular colour or flower, though we cannot guarantee this unless we have plenty of notice.
Fruit £15.00 - £20.00.
Champagne £29.50
White or Red wine £12.00
Gift Vouchers
If you are struggling to find a present then a gift voucher for Jeakes House may be just what you are looking for. You can choose how many nights and which room you would like for your family member or friend and they can pick the date. We will send you a voucher and a card along with a brochure and a removable price list.

We do like to warn people that weekends at Jeakes House can book up very quickly and it is often difficult to redeem the vouchers on a Friday and Saturday night. Therefore it a lot easier if your friends are able to come during the week to avoid disappointment. Vouchers are not redeemable during the Christmas and New Year period unless arranged at the time of sale.
